The included breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was a nice variety of options to start the day. The location was also a real highlight. It was fairly close to the center. It was right by a parking area. This made it ideal for those traveling by car.
The room carpet looked rather dirty. Even though the floors were obviously vacuumed.

The hotel is close to transport facilities, shops, and attractions. Breakfast was good, it included a nice variety of options. The staff was helpful and available 24/7 at the front desk. The hotel room was cleaned every day, I liked this.

The room was basic but clean. They provided daily cleaning. I had a double room. It had an AC. This was a plus during the hot summer months. The bed was soft and the pillows were comfortable.

The hotel is near everything, there are stores and restaurants nearby. The metro is right outside. The bus stop is only 5 minutes away. It is also 15 minutes away to walk to the Grand Palace. This made sightseeing easy!

The staff was very nice and helpful, the front desk operated 24/7. I appreciated how quickly the staff sent my invoice after I called the reception. The staff answered my questions with patience.

I found the location very central. staff were pretty good. They were kind and helpful. i got into a room early as soon as it was available without me asking. they allowed me to wait comfortably in the lobby after i arrived tired from my flight.
